FÚTBOL SIN FRONTERAS (FSF) ROAD TO SPAIN — TALENT TRIALS REGISTRATION POLICY & PARENT/GUARDIAN DECLARATION By completing and submitting this registration, the parent/legal guardian accepts the following terms on behalf of themselves and the registered child. ------------------------------------------------------------ 1. ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION ------------------------------------------------------------ 1.1 Trials are open only to players in the listed age groups (U10 and U12). 1.2 This registration is completed and submitted by the parent/legal guardian of the child. By submitting it, you confirm you are the parent or lawful guardian and are authorised to register the child. 1.3 All details provided (player name, date of birth, government ID/Aadhaar, address, parent contact details) must be true, accurate and current. Submitting false, misleading or another person's information may lead to disqualification with no refund. 1.4 A confirmed registration is valid only for the specific player, event city and date selected. ------------------------------------------------------------ 2. PAYMENT & NO-REFUND POLICY ------------------------------------------------------------ 2.1 The registration fee is payable in full at the time of booking and is processed securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). FSF does not store your card/UPI details. 2.2 We offer a strictly limited number of slots at each venue. Once a player confirms a slot, that slot is reserved exclusively for that player and is removed from availability so that no other player can book it. 2.3 For this reason, the registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) no-show, late arrival, leaving early, partial participation, change of mind, or inability to attend for personal, medical, travel or any other reason. 2.4 A confirmed slot may be transferred to another eligible player (same age group) up to 7 days before the event, by written request to FSF. No transfers are permitted within 7 days of the event. 2.5 If FSF cancels or reschedules an event due to circumstances beyond its control (see Force Majeure, Section 9), FSF will offer a transfer to an alternative date/venue or a credit, at FSF's discretion. Cash refunds are not provided. ------------------------------------------------------------ 3. PARENT / GUARDIAN DECLARATION & CONSENT ------------------------------------------------------------ As the parent/legal guardian, I declare and acknowledge that: 3.1 I voluntarily register my child to take part in football trials, training drills and small-sided matches, and I understand football is a physical, contact sport that carries an inherent risk of injury. 3.2 My child is in good health and medically fit to take part in strenuous physical activity. I have disclosed any medical condition, allergy or special requirement relevant to participation. 3.3 In the event of injury or a medical emergency, I authorise FSF staff to arrange first aid and/or emergency medical treatment for my child, and I accept responsibility for any associated medical costs. 3.4 I understand that, for the safety and focus of the players, parents/ guardians are not permitted on the field of play; my child will remain under event supervision during the trial and I will arrange safe drop-off and pick-up. 3.5 I will ensure my child carries the required documents (government/school ID, birth-certificate copy) and follows the instructions of coaches and staff. 3.6 I have read, understood and agree to this Registration Policy in full. ------------------------------------------------------------ 4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK, LIABILITY & INDEMNITY ------------------------------------------------------------ 4.1 I knowingly assume all risks associated with my child's participation. 4.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless FSF, its organisers, coaches, scouts, partners, sponsors, volunteers, staff and the venue owners from any liability, claim or demand for injury, illness, loss or damage arising from or connected to participation, except where caused by FSF's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct. 4.3 I agree to indemnify FSF against any claim, loss or expense arising from my child's participation or from my breach of this policy or the provided information being untrue. ------------------------------------------------------------ 5. CODE OF CONDUCT & SAFEGUARDING ------------------------------------------------------------ 5.1 Players and accompanying adults must behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, officials, other players and the venue. 5.2 FSF is committed to child safeguarding and maintains a supervised, safe environment throughout the trial. 5.3 FSF may remove any participant who behaves unsafely, abusively or in breach of this policy, without refund. ------------------------------------------------------------ 6. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY ------------------------------------------------------------ 6.1 The personal data collected (player and parent/guardian details and the uploaded government ID/Aadhaar image and address) is used solely to process the registration, verify identity and age, run the event, communicate with you and issue check-in/acknowledgement documents. 6.2 Government ID/Aadhaar information is used only for identity and age verification and is stored securely; it is not shared except as required by law. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data-protection law (incl. the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). 6.3 By registering, you consent to this collection, storage and use of data. You may contact us to access or delete your data, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. ------------------------------------------------------------ 7. MEDIA & PERFORMANCE DATA CONSENT ------------------------------------------------------------ 7.1 Photographs, video and performance data may be captured during the trial and used by FSF for assessment, player reports, and promotional or marketing purposes across its channels. 7.2 If you do not wish your child's image to be used for marketing, notify FSF in writing before the event at the contact below. ------------------------------------------------------------ 8. NO GUARANTEE OF SELECTION ------------------------------------------------------------ 8.1 Registration and participation do not guarantee selection, shortlisting, advancement to any camp, travel to Spain, or any specific outcome. Assessment and selection are at the sole discretion of the FSF panel. ------------------------------------------------------------ 9. FORCE MAJEURE & CHANGES ------------------------------------------------------------ 9.1 FSF is not liable for cancellation, delay or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, venue unavailability, strikes, government or public-health restrictions, natural events). 9.2 FSF may amend the schedule, venue, coaching panel or this policy; material changes will be communicated by email and/or on the website. ------------------------------------------------------------ 10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS ------------------------------------------------------------ 10.1 FSF is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings at the venue. Please do not bring valuables. ------------------------------------------------------------ 11. GOVERNING LAW & ACCEPTANCE ------------------------------------------------------------ 11.1 This policy is governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, India. 11.2 By completing payment and submitting the registration, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted this Registration Policy on behalf of yourself and the registered child.
